How can I recover access to my domain example.wordpress.com if I delate my account where the domain was addedd?

Hi there. You cannot in fact delete your account, but if you’ve lost your login details for a specific account you can fill out the Account Recovery Form to try and regain access. http://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
If you have deleted a blog itself, it’s gone forever, including the URL.

In fact I delated my blog but my account as you rightly remarked is still active. My problem was the name of my blog which is something important for me but I realised, that I can name my blog independently of the address of my account so I created a new account and named my new blog as I wanted. Thank you for your answer :)

Yes, unfortunately once a blog’s address is deleted it can never be recovered. But if you’re happy using a different address all is well. Happy blogging.
