How can I recover back my account or website down

Please I have a website with the domain name Pchlottowinner.com on word press with this email (email visible only to moderators and staff) I have all my details with me but when I try to open my website the page won’t load or open and I don’t know the reason why. When I try to retrieve my account back by email recovery I can’t, because it keeps saying that my email is not associated with any WordPress account and I have an account with WordPress. why could this be happening to me? What could be the issue please I need help -
