  How can I recover my blog when I had it as a free account and my email acct associated with it, was hacked and unrecoverable

  Hi jhkk4cctmm, you can use any of these other options for regaining access:
  https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  If you don’t have any of those, and there’s no way to get the email address back (you might ask the email provider if you didn’t already), you’ll need to set up a new site.
