How can I recover my username?

I have lost my username. I have gone through the process to have my case reviewed two times, once serval months ago and again today with no reply from WordPress. I have now paid for another year of service. Surely I can get help at this point.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Username accounts are never deleted here.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for you or anyone to use.

Which blog URL did you provide your financial information on and purchase it for? -
Does this information help answer those questions. It is the email I got confirming my service was renewed for another year.

I did not knowingly make a purchase. I got a receipt for what looks like an automatic renewal. I was paying in the past for http://show-meherosalute.org. I think the $99 I just got charged on my credit card is for that website, or blog for http://show-meherosalute.org.

If you start a thread the default is for you to be subscribed to the thread – @TT’s instructions have some confusing issues –
If you see something like “Unsubscribe to thread” – that means you are subscribed so don’t click the Unsubscribe button and all is well
