Hi there,
The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here is less than a day old, and has never owned any sites with us. What is the URL of the site in question?
Note that if the deleted site was hosted with us on WordPress.com, we can only undelete it at the request of the account that used to own it.
If the site was using the WordPress software at another hosting provider, you need to contact that hosting provider directly for help with this.

Thank you for your response. The website was first developed about 16th of August. An attempt was made to delete it in September, it was recovered and some how was deleted again.

I don’t know if it will be of help as the content were deleted after it was restored by our volunteer just before the actual launch.
Any assistance from your end will be most appreciated.

That site has not been deleted, it’s just set to private currently.
We wouldn’t be able to recover any content that was deleted from the site itself – once a page or post was removed from the trash, there’s nothing that can be done. If it’s still in the trash – you can restore it when logged into the account that owns the site or any other that’s an admin there.

I see now that the action was done from another admin account, this is what happened.

This website is for our organisation and I am the CEO, not the one who claims it now.

@kebamwebsite to clarify, sites on WordPress.com are owned by the individuals that set them up, and not by companies or other organizations. For that reason we will need to ask that you provide proof that you are the owner of this account and have the right to access the site.
We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.
