How can I redirect my entire domain to my new blog?

  We are trying to move the entire domain of mamamonk.com in a 301 redirect to http://www.patheos.com/blogs/michaboyett. We were able to do this with the www subdomain, but we haven’t been able to do it for the entire domain.

  Your domain is just mapped here, it’s registered elsewhere.

  You’ll have better luck if you just do the redirect through your domain registrar.
