How can I reduce white spaces

  Hi
  I need to reduce spacing between slider (located below my header) and content in two of my pages. Can you please let me know how I can do this?

  I have checked your site and it looks like your site is hosted with third party Registrar (Bluehost) https://snipboard.io/velfok.jpg.
