How can I refund the auto-renewed domain masking service?
-
I just noticed that wordpress charged me $13 for renewing domain masking service. I don’t really know it charged automatically. How can I get my money back?
(I though I already asked this question several times.)

Hi there – I see that this was charged; however, it’s under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into. If you log out of this account and log into the other one, you’ll see a cancel link below the upgrade here:

Hi eurello,
—
Domain: theopenstartup.org
Domain Mapped to WordPress.com
Purchased by 96chany
—As you see above notation, it was actually purchased by me, not by other people. I also contacted one of administers, he also got the same answer you just posted. So he let me disconnect the service.

Hi there – It was actually purchased by user 96chan, but it shows that way because that user’s display name is 96chany. I realize that’s confusing. I’m guessing 96chan is another user account of your own. Can you log out as 96chany and log back in as 96chan?
