How can I regain access to the dashboard and use admin?

Could you help me, please?
Since yesterday afternoon, I have not been able to access the dashboard from my desktop PC. I can open the Reader and the Stats Page but nothing else. I have cleared the browsing history, cache and cookies. I have tried entering the site from different browsers: Opera, Internet explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome. I receive messages such as “Connection closed by remote server”, “The connection was reset” and “No data received”. I have checked the proxy and security settings.
Interestingly, I can sometimes access my blog dashboard using an i-pad and Safari.
I need help with are the primary blog Jessica’s Nature Blog at http://natureinfocus.wordpress.com, and the subsidiary blogs at http://photosalmagundi.wordpress.com, and http://oystersetcetera.wordpress.com.

Hi there – I’ve seen reports of this with Opera. You have the same problem in Chrome and Firefox?
What’s your geographical location (country/city) and who is your Internet Service Provider? Are you connecting through a work or school network?

Yes, I have the problem with Chrome, Firefox, and Opera. Opera is the browser I normally use. This problem happened suddenly yesterday. Everything was fine before logging off at 2pm. Nothing worked when I logged in again at 5pm.
I live in Dorchester in Dorset, UK.
I am not connecting through a work or school network. I am working at home. My ISP is British Telecom. -

I am happy to say that, at this moment, I can access my dashboard and admin again. What joy after such a frustrating couple of days. Let’s hope it lasts. Thank you.

I spoke too soon when I said the problem was solved yesterday. It worked for a while but about midday today the same problem started again – not being able to get to the dashboard on the desktop PC.

Hi there – Yep, we’re hearing from a lot of people that they’re still having issues. :(
We continue to look into it and we’ll update the main sticky thread when we have more information. In the meantime, can you please contact your ISP and tell them that you’re continuing to have these problems?

Just an update to say that I am still experiencing the problem with using my dashboard. I have been checking my blogs at regular intervals over the past week but the problem has not been resolved. [Due to a set of complex circumstances I am unfortunately not able to contact my ISP directly about the difficulty].

Hello, Happiness Engineer. Good news! Just a few moments ago my dashboard started working again. Such a relief. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the problem has been solved properly this time.
