How can I register my site with Norton safe web?

  I was trying to register and verify my blogsite with Norton web safe. A meta tag can be added into the home page but it has to be in the head section, before the body section. Is this done with a widget, and if so, where do I place it? I am using twenty-ten. You can also upload an HTML file but that has to be saved into the root directory. I read in one of the forums that we can’t access the root directory. I have googled other blogs using twenty-ten and they have the OK label from Norton. I am lost on how to get this for mine.

  It can’t be directly added to the head section, but please try adding in a Text widget.
