How can I remove a link to my blog from another person's blog?

  Hello! Today a link to my blog was posted on a reactionary conservative religious blog, whose agenda I do not support. I would like to request that the link be removed. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. We cannot prevent anyone from linking to posts or to our site link.

  Thanks for the prompt answer. Search engine ranking is not my concern–rather, it’s being unfairly associated with a political/religious agenda that I don’t support. But if there’s nothing you can do, I understand.

  Am I within my rights to contact the person directly and request that they remove it?

  Assuming there are open comments or contact info appears on the blog, you can contact any blogger and request the removal of a link but they may not comply with your request.
