how can I remove a linked blog and add a new one?

  I changed the URL of my Blog from http://www.hauptsachen.ch/naturerleben/ to http://www.naturerleben.net. How can I add this new URL to my wordpress account and delete the old one – in the “linked Blogs”-list under “My Blogs” and as “Primary Blog” in my Personal Settings?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can link a new blog by installing the Jetpack plugin: http://jetpack.me/

  Which one did you want removed?

  I found out how to add the new URL of my self-hosted Blog in the “linked Blogs” list.
  This might be useful for someone with the same problem:
  I deactivated and deleted the WordPress Stats Plugin on my self-hosted Blog. Then I uploaded and activated the Plugin again. After I had entered the API-Key, I was asked if I want to add the Blog to my WordPress Account… Now the new URL is listed as “linked Blog”
