How can I remove a random dialog box that now appears whenever I go to my blog?

  Every time I type in my blog’s address to view it, a dialog box comes up saying “Authentication required” and goes on to explain that a username and password are being asked for by myshape.com. How can I get this to go away and what is this about?

  The reason this is happening is because there is a login required for the image you are using in your ‘Fashions Fade, Style Is Eternal’ widget. You will need to either download the image and put it into your media library and reference it from there, or remove the widget altogether.
