how can I remove an administrator?

  My co-publisher has left and I’d like to remove him as an administrator on the site. I am an administrator as well. How do I do this?

  While you’re an administrator user on the site, the other administrator user is marked as the site’s owner. Site Owners cannot be removed by anyone but themselves.

  I can transfer the ownership to you, but can only do that at the current owner’s request. Please have them login, contact us, and reference this forum thread and that process doesn’t take long.

  Once the ownership transfer is complete, using the /wp-admin/ dashboard you’ll be able to remove the other user with these steps:
