How can I remove an external blog that no longer exists from my account?

  I was self-hosting a WordPress and had connected it to my WordPress.com account using Jetpack. Unfortunately I deleted the server that was hosting this site prior to removing the site from my WordPress.com account. Now I am unable to remove the site from my WordPress.com account, yet the link is invalid because the domain is no longer online.

  Could I get some help removing this blog from my account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
