    How can I remove/delete all suspended domain names from my WordPress account?

    Hi there, can you clarify which domain you’re referring to? I don’t see suspended domains here. I do see one that’s parked. Can you confirm?

    Ahhh I see actually. There are domains connected to a site you’re a part of, but they are owned by another user.

    That user would need to contact us to remove the domains, but the better bet is to just verify them so they can be unsuspended.

    Well, I don’t own them anymore and I don’t have a way to contact the previous/current owner. So, I would like them to be removed from my account but I’m sure how to do that.

    You are referring to the upgrades you see listed under your account here? https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    If you click on each one in the list, on the next page you will find the option to cancel. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

    On my WordPress business account (purplefoxlegal), which has the domain names I am trying to get rid of, I don’t have an option to do that.

    You are only able to see and manage upgrades that you have under your account, but it is not possible to manage upgrades on the accounts of other admins on the site.

    It is not possible for you to cancel upgrades that are under someone else’s account, so in that event you would need them to log in and cancel the upgrades themselves.

    Well, I don’t own them anymore and I don’t have a way to contact the previous/current owner. So, I would like them to be removed from my account but I’m sure how to do that.

    If you don’t have a way to contact the previous admin who made these purchases, they will cancel (due to lack of renewal) on their own eventually, but otherwise you will need the help of the upgrade holder in the meantime.
