How can I remove SEARCH from the menu bar?
-
I’m using Twenty Eleven theme. The featured template didn’t have the SEARCH bar on the menu but on the upper right hand corner of the header. But when I activated the theme for my blog, the SEARCH bar was on the black menu bar as a default setting. I want to remove this and just use a search widget. I can’t see the editing options in Appearance>Menu.
Please help. Thanks!

When you hide the site title and tagline text above the header image, the search bar gets moved down to the right end of the menu bar.
To remove the search box would take modification to the CSS and that requires the Custom Design upgrade. Do you have that upgrade?
