How can I remove self-hosted/Jetpack websites from the WordPress.com Dashboard?

How do I remove websites from the WordPress.com dashboard that I’ve deleted on my server, so I can’t go in and disable/remove Jetpack? See here:

It seems since the Dashboard can’t connect to Jetpack, that the site can’t be disconnected/removed. Ugh. Clearly a bug with this dashboard. Needs a simple way to delete/remove dead sites.

Hi there,
In the future you will be able to do this. At present Staff will do it for you after you post the URLs here. I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Hi timethief,
Thanks for your help. Since the WordPress.com dashboard doesn’t seem to be ready for prime-time or offer much functionality and your name is timethief :), what centralized dashboard do you use or recommend?

Hi Nick,
Thanks so much for providing the list. Makes things so much easier!
You’re all set. All of those domains have been removed from your My Sites interface. let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there,
I have a similar issue as Nick. I set up this blog for a client long time ago and apparently the site has not been active for a while now. Can you please remove it from my WP.com dashboard? Here is the URL: http://blog.thepartystudio.com.au
Thanks!

Thanks amightywp. Another question is what do I need to know about moving sites from staging to production, one server and domain to another. staging.com to production.com via cloning or any other move method. Does Jetpack or the management dashboard feature need to be updated in anyway? Does it stay on both domains or just one or the other? etc.

Hi Michael, You’re all set. That domain has been removed.
Nick, depending on how you do the actual transfer, the connection should go with it in most cases. You may end up needing to disconnect and reconnect, but that shouldn’t be necessary.

Hi amightywp – Thanks, it had been bugging me for a while. Hope you’ll add the ability to remove directly by users soon, as stated by timethief.
Cheers.
