  can i remove the “Blog roll ” boz from my home page ?

  If you have not yet added any widget to the sidebar, what you are seeing is a sample display set which allows you to see what the theme looks like with widgets. Simply go to appearance > widgets and drag the widgets that you want in your sidebar from the available widgets section to the sidebar section, wait for the dotted grey outline to appear and release the mouse button.
