How can I remove the button of 'subscribe' from the theme 'The Morning After'?

  How can I remove the the top right button of ‘subscribe’ from the Home Page, in the theme ‘The Morning After’? I don’t want readers to be using it. This is the default RSS button from the theme, and I want to remove to put my own through feedbruner.

  Any ideas how to remove it? I couldn’t find anywhere, as this seems part of the default theme.

  By the way, I like this theme, but I hate how it puts the ‘quotations’, really ugly. I like the quotation to be sided by a vertical line.
