How can i remove the comment field on the page?

    I’m trying to completly remove the comment field on my pages and posts, i’ve been into settings/discussion and removed the options for comments there, but still the comment box is at the end..
    i want it gone, anyone can help me with this?

    I also wish to remove the comment field and email this links on the Origin by AlienWP theme – the cutomising your blog settings are not responding in the way the WP help page suggests, making it impossible to view the code
