How can I remove the "date and time posted" information

  For example: Posted by loveinminor on July 26, 2011 – I do not want this information seen anywhere on any post. That is for me to know only.

  There’s no direct option to hide that info, but it can be hidden via CSS if you have a Custom Design upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
