Currently, it isn’t possible to hide the header from certain posts and pages with the Twenty Twelve theme. Would you be interested in switching themes? There are other themes that might fit what you’re looking for! You can find all of our themes here:

Thank you so much for your response. Actually I think the theme works fine for the purpose of the web site, but the support you provided is very much appreciated. If anything changes, I will be sure to check out the other themes.
