How can I remove the inappropriate ads on my posts.

  I was informed by a reader that there is a random, obnoxious 4 minute youtube ad on my post:

  http://asqfish.wordpress.com/2011/02/09/dua-for-insomnia-with-recurrent-disturbing-thoughts/
  It can be seen by others but not by me.. This is very disturbing, and unethical.

  What is going on? Are other wordpress authors facing this too?
  Is this a new policy? If it is ll wordpress authors need to know that random ads are being place on their posts some may be inappropriate like this one:(
  How can I take off the inappropriate ads which clash with the text of the blog?
  Please respond asap!
