How can I remove the link to wordpress.com from my blogg?

At the bottom of my blog, there are links towards:
https://sv.wordpress.com/?ref=footer_blog
https://wordpress.com/themes/book-lite/I would like to remove those links. Is it possible and how?

The footer credit is required to be displayed according to our terms of service:
http://en.wordpress.com/tos/Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer.
