How can i remove the "pages" off the side bar?

  Im trying to get ride of the “pages” thing in the side bar, and i went to widgets and im still not understanding.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. Are you referring to http://equestic.wordpress.com ? I don’t see any sidebar. Did you switch to a no-sidebar setting?
