How can I remove the sidebar for narrow screens?

When I decrease the width of my browser window past a certain point or view the site on an iPhone, the main body of my pages overlaps the sidebar. How can I make the sidebar disappear or move to the end of the page for narrow screens.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I think I fixed it myself by setting the article background to a solid color so you can’t see the sidebar when it covers it. If there is a better fix let me know.
