How can I remove the subtitle, "Just another WordPress Blog"?

  Under the title of my blog, “Semioscapes” there is a subtitle in almost the same size type (ie BIG) that says “Just Another WordPress Blog” or some such thing. Can I remove that subtitle or at least minimize it or put it in the sidebar? It’s definitely not part of the title of my blog. It does not appear in my other blogs.
  Do I have to change the theme ?
