How can I remove these ADs?

  Recently I noticed some Ads in the middle of our announcements, are these ADs by WordPress.com? Is there a way to remove it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To keep things free on free websites, sometimes, the company shows some ads.
  I know it can be a little bit frustrating when an ad comes in the middle of content. WordPress.com tries not to bother your readers by displaying ads in proper spaces.
  To eliminate such ads, you can always buy any of the paid plans.
