How can I remove unwanted ads on my site?

  There are Ralph Lauren ads/text at the bottom of my website and at the top of the mobile view. How do I remove them?

  That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
