How can I remove white lines under table rows and H1,2 tags

  Hi, I am working on a single page site. The site is complete and working quite fine but I want to get rid of these white lines showing beneath every table row and double lines under menu bar. You can visit page http://10-for-10.com/. Please help me in this regard. Advance thanksc
