I’ve inserted a contact form (in a post I’m drafting) by mistake. How do I delete it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can simply remove the last two lines of your post at https://animistjottings.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=42&action=edit
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

I’m afraid I do. The draft post is ‘preformatted’. No text appears at the end indicating that a contact form has been entered, hence no obvious way of removing it. I’ve also noticed that although I ticked the ‘Like’ box, no ‘like’ button shows in the preview.
The draft post in question is:

I don’t see a contact form on that page. Perhaps you are referring to the comment form instead. You can follow the steps in this guide on how to disable comments: http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/#enabledisable-comments
Likes will be visible once the post has been published.
