How can I renew?

My renewal period has run out. I have tried to renew with three different credit cards. They are not being accepted. I don’t get any message I just go back to the start of the renewal page. How can I renew? I want to pay wordpress. But they are not letting me. Any advice? Cheers.

Just wanted you to know I’m having the same problem (my forum support question is “want to renew” but I haven’t gotten an answer yet). :( it is so frustrating! Tried old credit card, new credit card, and Paypal and even called the credit company to make sure my card was still active! I think it’s a glitch caused by the Black Friday sale and we’ll be able to renew after December 1, but it would be nice to get an answer from WP before then!
