How can I renew an expired domain?

    I would like to renew an expired domain. The domain is yonseijournal.com. I can not find the renew button under the “My Upgrades” tab. Is it beyond the point where I can simply click renew? What option is necessary?

    You need to be logged in as the EXACT user / account that owns an upgrade to renew it. Is there another account / person that might have bought the upgrade?

    If the renewal is only a few days ago – you should be able to renew it yourself in the grace period. Remember you need to also renew the domain name

    Thanks for the response. Yes, I am taking over the running of the domain and it was previously purchased by another user. In this case, what would be the best way to proceed? I can contact him for the time being but I can see in the future this becoming an issue. Is there someway to transfer the ability to renew the domain to myself?

    The original upgrade owner/domain registrant will need to contact us if they wish to transfer ownership of the domain and upgrade to you (they can post in this thread). You will also need to be an admin user on the site.

    If that user wishes, they can also transfer blog ownership to you, but that is separate from the upgrade itself.
