How can I renew an expired upgrade?

    I am trying to renew an upgrade and I am unable to on the Word Press site. It expired on Nov. 6.
    If I can’t get it upgraded then I’ll just go with another domain provider.

    usually this happens when you are not logged on with the proper account that owns the upgrade – is there another account you might have used to buy the upgrades?

    Note about the going with another provider or Registrar – domain names that are not current I don’t think can be transferred and it can take up to 60 days for a domain name to revert back to the wild where a squatter could grab the name and hold it hostage

    The ability to do a Gift Renewal is missing from the main page for some reason

    Auxclass is correct. The issue is that you are not logged into the account that owns that upgrade.
