    How can I renew domain? Cannot find bank transfer data.

    Hello.
    Thank you for providing the domain you need help with. It appears to have expired. You should be able to renew it at wordpress.com/purchases please note there maybe a late fee to renew it. If you do not find the renew option there, you can tag this thread with ‘modlook’ for staff to assist you. Please be sure to subscribe to the thread.

    Hi @direccaoaaafml!

    The domain on your site was registered under a different WordPress.com account to the one you’re writing from. You need to be logged into the account that “owns” a domain in order to renew, which is why you didn’t see the option while logged in as “direccaoaaafml.”

    To help, I have emailed the address on file for that domain with further guidance. Can you please double check any email accounts that are accessible to you? If you remember the correct details for the account then you can also login now and head to Manage Purchases.
