How can I renew my domain name and premium theme?

    We are a non-profit, and we need to renew our blog immediately. Our blog is charlestongatewayfestival.org. Our former vice-president paid for the initial set-up of the blog personally. He is no longer with us, and I want to make sure he isn’t automatically charged for the renewal. I also do not want to let the domain expire, as we have a big music festival coming up in 4 months. How can I pay for renewal with our company debit card?

    Get your former VP to transfer the ownership of the blog and upgrades to you or another company email account –

    PS – a Premium theme is a one time good forever cost

    Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> there is a transfer button under the upgrade (for the former VP)

    If they have trouble they can log into this thread as the account that owns the blog & upgrades and request them to be transferred to another account – please use small words and be very specific – that will help the staff help you easier
