How can I renew my subscription?

1. I received a renewal notice, clicked the link and was offered a one-year renewal for free. Accepting the renewal didn’t work, because I didn’t have “enough credit” left. Why do I need WP credits if the request is offered for 0.00 USD?
2. I changed the setting to “automatic renewal” and saw a price of 26.00 USD. Clicking to renew now didn’t help: re-routed to the same “1 year for 0.00 USD”-page, not renewal possible.
How do I do this now?
Will it happen automatically?
Will this be soon enough, because I want to keep my mapped domain.

I’m not sure why the price would be offered at $0.00 for the renewal. The total price of the renewal should be $26.00 on your Upgrades page here:

Could you perhaps take a screenshot of the portion of the payment screen that is offering $0.00 and upload that to your Media Library so I can take a look?

Thanks for your quick reply. The issue was solved: the problem occurred as I followed the wordpress link in the e-mail, reminding me to renew; prices were in USD.
Today, logging into my wp account (German), I was offered EUR for pricing, and I found the renewal offer for 22 EUR in my account settings.Following the link in
the wp e-mails didn’t take me to the English site, either, but to the German page of my profile.
Seems as if everything’s fine.Best regards
