How can I report a blog for copyright infringement?

  http://smellslikechlorine.com/2012/09/13/marino-bambinos/ is copying posts and keywords from a friends blog. It is showing up on the first page of search results for her blog and she is not sure how to have it reported and removed. Please help! The original blog is marinobambinos.com. I tried the report spam link (http://en.wordpress.com/report-spam/) for WordPress but I keep getting “You’ve reached complaints for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. The site you’ve indicated is not running on WordPress.com.”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The automated alert you’re getting is correct: that blog isn’t hosted at WordPress.com so WordPress.com staff can’t do anything about it.

  Your friend, however, can do this:
