how can I reregister an expired domain?

  Our domain has expired; want to renew it but not having any success in the Store. Any suggestions?

  It looks like your domain name is registered with 1 & 1 – it would need to be renewed there

  If you are asking about domain mapping – it would need to be renewed by the account that owns the upgrade
