How can I reset my account?

I just reset my password, haven’t logged in in forever, but I see a bunch of posts I never made, I recognize some of it, but I didn’t know it was there. How do I reset everything, remove all that stuff and start fresh?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Who, aside from you, has access to your login information?
Go to your email program and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs
1. If you can log-in go here > Users > All Users and delete any user that does not belong there.
2. Disable post by email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/
3. Disable post by voice > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/
4. Change your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password
5. Use a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.
6. Set up two step autheneticateion http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/

Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, then please
(1) reply to confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty
(2) reply to confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible.IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove any indexed items from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.

Well, I logged in and changed the password to a hard one this morning. I don’t see where to access users. I will disable posts by email and voice now.

Please know that there is no such thing as “resetting my account”. Username accounts are never deleted here. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/You have an account and you had a blog which you foolishly clicked the “leave blog” button on”. Staff will help your recover the blog and and clear the content in it as soon as they can.

I didn’t want or need that blog, I figured I could just create a new one. And when you say to go to Users, where exactly do I access that? I don’t see it in dashboard or settings. -
It’s on the Dashboard of the blog. You would not have been able to leave the blog unless someone was left there, so there is obviously at least one other user.
