How can i reset my username or password?

  I can’t access my blog as usual.. I always used the ../wp-admin and typed the user the password but it does not work now. I did not change my password so it should be the same but it does not work. On my ipad it does not give me any errors, it just asks for the user and pass over and over again. On the computer it says that the sever requires a password.
  Help!
