How can I resize Video player for Dailymotion?

  It’s very big for my using theme (Fjords04)
  now I used the code [dailymotion id=6VVZoSXPgwLXGgRrB]
  How can I modify this for width=212?

  You don’t I’m afraid. The player is hard coded here at wp.com and is not adjustable.
