How can I resolve this product transfer issue?

    Hello,

    I wish to transfer my Domain name upgrade to a new blog (by the name of johnhwangbo.wordpress.com)
    However, on trying to transfew the upgrade to the new blog, I am encountering this notification as below:

    “The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.”

    How do I resolve this?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Yes, I would really appreciate it if my domain: glycovision.com was transferred to: johnhwangbo.wordpress.com.
    Also, additionally, may I ask if I can later change the domain name?
    Sorry, I am a complete noob at things having to do with domains.

    I have transferred your domain: glycovision.com to your site: johnhwangbo.wordpress.com as requested! I just checked your site and it was loading properly! If you find that it is not, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

    As for changing the domain name in the future, unfortunately, you wouldn’t be able to edit/change the name. If you wanted to change the domain, you would have to purchase a brand new domain. If you want to get a new domain in the future, please let me know and I’d be happy to help you. :)
