How can I resolve unwanted question marks inside black diamonds from appearing?

  I am having unwanted question marks appear inside black diamonds in my posts. Even in older posts, they now suddenly appear. There does not seem to be a pattern, such as after a period or certain word. Please help me resolve asap. I contacted my server and there is no server issue. I am a very new user to word press. Thank you.

  This is likely character encoding problem — what’s your site address and what browser are you using?

  I am using google chrome as my current browser. I use bluehost as my site server.
