How can I restore my deleted blog?

  I understand that WordPress has a rule in place and once you delete a blog, you can never restore it to prevent impersonation. However, it is very easy to validate that I am the owner of that blog, hence restroring would be OK. Is there a way?

  No, the rule is absolute. Pick a similar name or use a custom domain.
