How can I restore my triton Lite theme?

My wordpress site anitachowdry.com has been running with Triton Lite theme for years. This evening I just thought I would experimant with something new from your free themes library, and somehow I activated a new theme. I hate it, and I want to revert to my origininal Triton Lite theme, but I cannot find it anywhere, neither can I find any history of it in my dashboard. Please tell me what I can do

It seems that theme has been removed as it is no longer compatible with current wordpress.org

I don’t understand. I did not mean to change my platform, I want my sit back exactly as it was 24 hours ago. I am not sure what I have done, but it was entirely accidental

I thought I was exploring WordPress themes. Have I been duped into going onto another site somehow?
My original URL is supposed to be anitachowdry.wordpress.com

anitachowdry.com and anitachowdry.wordpress.com are two completely different sites. The first isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, the other is running on our platform.
It seems the Triton Lite theme isn’t available anymore as it is was after 15 years completely outdated and no longer compatible with wordpress.
