How can I retrieve a deleted blogpost that did not show up in the trash either?

  I deleted a blogpost that never showed up in my trashbin. I really want to retrieve it. Please tell me how I can do so. I posted in and mistakenly deleted it a day later.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you only deleted that post, then, the post is in trash.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/

  If you permanently deleted that post, the post is gone, forever.

  Be aware that files in the trash are automatically deleted after 30 days.
