How can I retrieve the information from purchasers?

    Once a buyer purchases an item from my website and uses a credit card, I have to email
    him/her or call to receive the address to be sent. After contacting him/her, and receiving
    the address, then I have to contact him/her again to let it be known when it will be mailed.
    This process needs to be simplified, perhaps with one step solution, but I don’t know how.

    Hi there. You need a shopping cart plugin for this but we can’t help you with that in this forum. This support forum is only for free WordPress.com blogs.
