How can I reveal all comments to a post by default

    I’d like to have all the comments for every blog entry visible without clicking the “comments” button. How can I do this?

    That is standard blog behavior and the main reason is that if you get a lot of comments, or very long comments then the main page of the site becomes very difficult to navigate since people have to scroll a long ways to get to the next post. Several blogs I follow get between 100 and 700 comments on each post, and raincoaster has a post with over 2000 on it.

    There is one theme here that has comments on the main page, P2. It is a collaborative thing that is sort of like twitter without the 140 character limit. It is a bizarre theme though with peculiarities. You might check it out.
